Seems like a good tire... but not 2.3"

I just got these tires in the mail today to put on my Specialized 29'er. I was hoping they would be 2.3" wide as advertised... but when I put them on my bike, they're skinnier than the Specialized 2.0" tires I had on before! I wish there was actually a standard for tire widths, but that seems unreasonable these days. Other than that, they seem like a good tire for the price.

Had these on my 26". Loved them.

I had these on my 26" and loved them. Held in the corners, on ascents/descents. Great tires. Glad to see they've got these for my 29er now. Putting them on my Christmas wish list...hint...hint.

Great price, but the description is wrong. This is a wire bead tire!!! It is not foldable.
