Volkl Kiku Ski - Women's - 2011 BCS
Redesigned with slightly wider dimensions than last year, the 2011/12 version of the Volkl Women's Kiku Ski provides more float than ever but still has a figure nimble enough for easy turning. Built with a full rocker, a twin-tip profile, and a generous 107mm underfoot, this powder rocket is at its best when the going gets deep and the drops get big.
- Brawny Tough Box construction with carbon core reinforcement stand up to high-impact landings and offer the responsiveness a lady shredder enjoys
- Wide, shapely dimensions offer enough sidecut to blast through groomed and crud turns and the width to do what you do best: float
- Extended Low Profile features a full rocker to enhance float, boost stability, and improve grip as you carve at high speeds
- Sensorwood Light core weighs little but holds its own under pressure

What size should I get? I ski a 164 cm Dynastar Legend Powder all mountain ski. Ready for a full on power ski. I know I want the Kiku. The 162 cm I demoed seemed short - worked fine but I was not in big powder. I am 5'8" about 135 lbs. Mid-fifties, female and an experienced assertive skier. Very compfortable in powder. Ski the blacks and OB of Alta. I purchased the 170 cm.... did I do right?
