Love this shoe!

I just ran the Tough Mudder in Colorado and these shoes were awesome! I had sprained my ankle a month earlier and these shoes provided the stability I needed. They are a low profile shoe, so if you just can't handle the minimalist shoes yet these are a great transition. I have a heel spur as well as recurring plantar fascitis and these shoes work well! there isn't a whole lot of cushioning or arch support but somehow it still works! I did the 12 miles of the Tough Mudder without a single blister and use these shoes routinely for crossfit workouts. I am actually on here to buy another pair to replace my Tough Mudder shoes!
