I've worn this a few times since purchasing it and I really like it. It's pretty elastic in the cuffs and the bottom, so it tends to hug your body pretty well and is really quite warm due to this. The construction seems pretty good, my only one complaint is that the first or second time I wore it I noticed some stitching coming off by the sleeve cuffs but it only appears to be cosmetic - and I doubt anyone will notice it. The fit is pretty spot on, I'm ~6'3" 235 and the XL is long enough and a touch snug, good thing I plan on dropping a few lbs.
