She can take the soft, warm feeling of home into math class thanks to the plush Mossbud fleece-lining on this inside of this softshell jacket. She won’t freeze in gym class because the 4-way Apex Aerobic softshell fabric breathes while she walks the nature trail, and when she stands around at recess the wind- and water-resistant fabric protects her from flurries flying in from the west. On the walk home from the bust stop, the hand pockets and brushed collar lining give her a little shelter from the all-out snowstorm that arrived in fifth period.

Wow! AWESOME deal

Just received this jacket I ordered for my 7 year old. Love Love love love it! It's SO soft inside and the windproof quality in a "lighter weight" jacket will be perfect for her as she hates big bulky jackets. Can't wait for her to try it out! And we bought a size up - rolling the sleeves will be great as the contrasting color of the fleece on the inside makes it look cute! At $40 I wish I had bought three more for my other kids!

I am 15 years old 5'1 and 150lbs and the XL Girls fit me almost perfectly, granted it was a denali and those tend to run large. I would have probably been better off with a L but the ample space makes it all the more comfortable.

Hi Linda, you need to check the sizing chart and see if your waist/chest measurements fall into that size... the only other issue with ordering kids' jackets for adults is that the sleeves are designed shorter for kids' than for adults' jackets.

Got this for my 10 year old for spring skiing. Haven't tried it skiing yet but she loved it so much when she put it on, she wouldn't take it off! It's so soft inside and lightweight.Perfect in her eyes and mine!

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. I placed the order in the evening and got it the next day!! The Jacket is great and my daughter loves it. I originally went to buy this jacket directly from the North Face website, but they were sold out and directed me to the back country. Not only did they have it in stock, but it was less expensive!

Adorable - 12 y/o daugheter LOVES! The fit is right on and fits her like a glove, no issues. Great for brisk mornings and through out the day, roomy and perfectly sized. Awesome Jacket

I purchased this black jacket for my daughter. She LOVES it!! I love the mink type material on the inside. I wish I could find a jacket with that in it for myself. The jacekt is perfect for fall and spring weather. Keeps you warm, but is NOT bulky and that's what kids like!!

Recently, I purchased this North Face jacket for my little sister and have to say: WOW! For the price, this jacket is wonderful. The inside has a nice soft layer of fleece to keep you warm even during the colder days of winter. What a great jacket... Thanks backcountry!
