Best rain jacket

This is the best rain jacket ever. It is very feminine looking and I love the belt. This jacket is not meant for winter wearing unless you layer something warm with it. I’m 5’ 1” and 100 lbs and x-small fits perfectly everywhere else except the sleeves are a little long. I wish that TNF company would make petite size jackets (for people under 5’4”).
