The North Face Feverpost Jacket - Women's

Item # TNF6605

There are anoraks, and then there's The North Face Women's Feverpost Jacket, which takes this venerable style to a whole new level. This ultra-stylish, figure-flattering insulated pullover features an embossed shell fabric, an eye-catching asym zipper and classy flap pockets for a look that's light-years ahead of your expectations.

  • HyVent two-layer shell repels snow and water while breathing for comfort
  • 60g Heatseeker Eco insulation adds warmth on chilly lift rides and exposed ridges
  • Powder skirt blocks snow and snaps back for trips downtown
  • Internal Lycra wrist gaiters add comfort and seal out drafts

Bottom Line:

Easy-moving high style.

Pullover

By:
October 25, 2012

I know the description says "pullover" but I guess I just spaced that. It's an asymmetrical half-zip, well more like a third zip. I also thought it ran too large. I ordered according to the size chart but it was clearly too big. Having said that, I think it would be warm and dry and the construction is top notch. This is a quality jacket if you're ok with a pullover and order a size down.

This jacket looks amazing on people. It is HyVent so good water repellency and has light insulation making it great for every day riding and cold days with a layer underneath.

Molly, everyone is different but you should be good in the 20's F with a decent baselayer.

Not as shown

Like others have said, the jacket we received was different from the online photo. The zipper color was gold, not yellow, and there was little gold buttons on the lower pocket. My wife is 5'4" and 105 lbs, so she normally wears a XS or small. We ordered this jacket in XS and it was just a tad too big.

"May differ then jacket in photo"

By:
December 14, 2011

I was to pumped to recieve this coat in the mail but when I opened the package I was surprised... in a bad way. The actual jacket is not what is pictured, the jacket actually has large gold zippers on each pocket and up the front. The zippers are much larger then the ones in the photo and they are a tacky yellow gold color. I called North Face directly and this photo is from the sample and apparently they made some changes after it was photographed. I could see how someone might love this look but it was not for me. I will be returning this item.

Mine was identical, but no pocket on the left side of pic. Also, only a half zip coat. Kinda lame. Looks great, just not so functional if you want to hit the mountain.

I also ordered this coat and the picture is wrong, I still like the jacket, however the zipper is not yellow as pictured, it is a gold color...the jacket does look different in the picture than in real life, still its a nice coat.
