The Tecnica Dragon Fly Low Hiking Shoe is more than a regular light hiker. The Dragon Fly actually helps you hike. The Tecnica Rolling System is a special midsole design that allows the foot to roll forward rather than the usual flat-to-hinge motion. This system reduces impact and fatigue while optimizing forward energy transfer. In fact, it propels you forward. Tecnigrip outsoles feature a rolling spine that ensures equal grip throughout the step, and Ortholite footbeds provide cushioning and antimicrobial protection to reduce odor.

Sweet-I'm now a shoe and ski rocker fan!

I wasn't sure about this shoe, but I thought it was worth trying. Well it feels fantastic. I'm luv'n the rocker! I'll be putting the shoe to the test this weekend-so far I'm a fan. (If you have a narrow foot the shoe is a little wide in the toe box, but you can snug up the heal).
