I wouldn't buy shit from these guys ever again. Boards are cheaply packed and arrive damaged. Then you have to deal with their dipshit representatives who don't know shit about boards and can't appreciate what it's like getting a brand new cherry board free of dings and defects.

not buying a board from these clowns again. board came with 5 pressure dings and their reps could care less about. they're incapable of appreciating what it's like to get a brand new cherry board free of any flaws or defects.

Not quite sure who these people are dealing with but the return policy is excellent, on par with amazon. I did receive a board with a ding, called them up, and during the same call had another board shipped with a return label already to print when I hung up. That simple. The only pain was packaging the board back up and taking it to UPS but the service was 5 stars!!!!!

then when you call them to address the issue they give you the run around and advise you that they are not impressed with the pictures you email them of the flaws. what a bunch of clowns.
