Love this shell! A few things though: 1). It is 100% waterproof inside and out. While using it for running with a short sleeved shirt underneath, you will get puddles of sweat that form at your elbows and run out by the sleeves if you put your hands straight down. The only air vents are some holes on the inside layer on the back/high shoulder area. 2). It is NOT meant to have a bib number pinned to it for a race. I just made this mistake this past weekend for a cross country race and it made holes that slightly ripped and will not disappear. I am now buying my second one for this reason. 3). The fabric is best washed hand washed. And wash it soon after a good sweat in it. It holds the sweat smell pretty badly. I would recommend it for running/biking, just wear an absorbable layer underneath it :)
