SmartWool PhD Light Snowboard Sock
SmartWool designed the PhD Snowboard Light Sock with one thing in mind\227snowboarding. Slip these stockings on your feet and let them rejoice all day long inside your snowboard boots. Extra wool padding in high-impact zones around your calves, heels, and shins gives your feet and ankles the cushiness they deserve, and mesh zones let moisture evaporate away. A trim lightweight knit won\222t crunch your feet with too much bulk\227and of course natural merino provides the best insulation available against chilly temps.

Was a little hesitant to drop 25 bucks on socks...but after wearing these at Mt. Baker, WA and Park City, UT I was completely sold. Simply put, they are awesome socks. BUY THEM
Exactly as advertised.

Padded and well designed. Will see how well they stand-up under use.

These are perfect light socks for people who have hot feet or board in warmer temps. Really comfortable, padded in the right places, and they dont hang on to any moisture.

When your feet feel good, your self-esteem goes up! These feel awesome for snowboarding, so you will too. Trust me.

These socks keep my toes nice and warm and dry, the two things a snowboard sock should do. I will admit SmartWool tends to wear out in the toes and heals after extended use (I'm talking daily use for months-years here), but overall they're great socks. I only wish I would have bought more pairs on discount.
Definitely light socks

These things aren't warm enough for anything besides Spring riding. And since they're so light, my foot tends to slide a bit now compared to more padded socks.
Wears Out Too Fast!

These socks are real comfortable, but they wear out too fast in the heal and bottom of the big toe area.
