Simple Flippee Microperf Sandal - Women's - 2011 BCS
Thanks in part to your conservation efforts, your favorite beach spot has avoided oil spills and drifting islands of garbage. When you wear the vegan and biodegradable Simple Women's Flippee Microperf Sandal you help keep it that way. That's because the EVA midsole and rubber outsole are infused with the Eco-Pure additive that helps the sole break down after 20 years in a landfill or compost pile.
- Soft, certified synthetic nubuck straps feel great during walks along the clean surf
- Water-based glue doesn't need oil for manufacturing and doesn't harm the workers who put the sandal together
- The outsole is a blend of natural and recycled rubber
- All packaging is made from recycled and biodegradable materials

First purchased a pair of these in green a year ago. Since they've held up great I bought another pair last month in blue. They're good colors and the parts of the green color choice that look white are actually a nice complementary color of very light grey or off-white. I wear an 8 shoe size and have always found that buying flipflops a full size down(7) is the best way to go for me- Less material stuff for stubbing floppy shoes. I wear these constantly living in San Diego and am glad to have finally found a regular and simple, quality, comfortable, colorful, quiet, and nicely designed flipflop that can last through a summer & so far so good for the year! Plus throw them on the floor and they bounce upright to slip on, the upper part holds its form. Don't walk a mile straight in them but they'll definitely do the house-yard-beach flipflop job right.
