Sessions Ridge Vented Mitt - 2007 BCS
Put on the Sessions Men's Ridge Vented Mitt and bitch slap the cold. Sessions tricked out these riding mittens with a fixed fleece liner glove and a zippered heat pack pocket so your hands stay warm on winter's coldest days. Sessions integrated a waterproof insert and made these mittens to fit under you jacket's cuffs. Bonus: the hand warmer pocket doubles as a back-of-hand vent so your fingers won't get sweaty on spring days.

I bought these at the start of the last season as I was desperately in need of a good pair of mitts. Now, I live in central Saskatchewan up in Canada and our winters get fairly cold (last year, it got down to -55 Celsius!) I threw on my Sessions Ridge Vented Mitts and went for a stroll (I used to have to walk to university) and to my dismay, my fingers were very chilly. The fleece liner isn't all that thick and I didn't have any heat packs to put in the pockets. That said, on the warmer days (-5 - -15 Celsius) the mitts performed perfectly. They are quite waterproof, they look very slick, the cuff of the mitt really does fit under any jacket cuff and still manages not to look bunchy and stupid, and, contrary to the description, these DO have a goggle and nose wipe (at least mine do). All in all, a very capable mitt for your chilly days but for those really cold ones, you may want to upgrade.
