??the 1 time i ordered 2 things from this site they were defective?

the jacket was great, fit yeah yeah, put it on, yeah cool, took it off, the buttons popped off? the thing is, they flew off i had to go and comb the whole room to find them, i thought oh well, i should vacuum anyway its been almost 24 hours since the last time i had done so. after shaking off everything i found them.hmm what to do with a jacket with missing buttons that i wore for about less than 5 minutes. the other purchase from here also had an issue. on top of that i couldn't open a certain brands links yesterday on this site, must be a glitch in the matrix, or is it that i am running the matrix on windows? surprisingly i have stuff in my shopping cart that has been there for weeks that i really want but am hesitant to order from this site given the 1 time i did the 2 things i ordered were defective. some how it is not stopping me from wanting things here, it is just making me hesitate to confirm on pay pal. the jacket sure looks great though and i like to look at it just siting there sometimes i pick it up and think wow it is cool looking to bad i can't use it.
