This layer is my favorite price to wear under my shell. It's light and warm. The stichting that some have said comes out has not been a problem for me and I wear this thing all the time. I am hard on my gear and spend tons of time in the mountains. It is a no brainer, stoic has not let me down. I am 6' and 165lb and got the large, fits good. Just get it and stand apart.
