This my first midweight Merino garmant. Love the idea of real fleece from real sheep.
5'11", 170lbs, Large fits nicely.
Pros:
Fantastic fabric, warm, soft, stretchy, no smell, renewable etc...
Very low key style, no obnoxious logos or tags.
Perhaps my favorite attribute to the Merino fleece is its natural anti-static properties. I simply cannot wear poly "fleeces" because they attract pet hair, dust, and constantly shock me. I stopped wearing poly fleeces a while ago for this reason alone. I do not have to worry about this issue with the merino fleece, unless I have a synthetic layer underneath.
Cons:
Left hand zipper takes some getting used to.
No loop for hanging. Seems like a minor detail but this continues to bother me. This has been standard on every other jacket I have ever owned. For a $200 jacket, they could put in a loop for hanging. If hung on a hook, the material becomes deformed and takes a while to settle. Add a hang loop and I will add a 5th star.

All in all, I like it a lot. It has a nice cut to it, and has a sharp, polished look. Once you wash it a couple times it really starts to get soft. Icebreaker, if your reading, can we get some Realfleece 320 sweatpants please???
