It fits trim and looks great. Everything fits just right (medium, 5'11 165 athletic), not too short down the back and the sleeve length was perfect for me. Good chest vent. I have big climber shoulders that other brands don't fit as well, but this shirt did. My only complaint is that the sleeve cuffs aren't elastic so if you have big climber-type forearms you might not be able to roll the sleeves up.
