I'm able to fit my Big Agnes Lost Ranger bag into the medium, and without really leaning on the straps, I'm able to get it down to roughly 70% of the BA Stuff Sack with the Girdle. The lower bag is the BA Lost Ranger, the middle is a Dualcore pad, and the top is a fleece liner.
