Wide foot?

By jamey parks Backcountry.com Sponsored Athlete September 15, 2010

I used this boot last year quite a bit and really enjoyed it. Very comfortable to ski and hike in. I did have to make some adjustments to take up some of the volume of the boot as the last is quite wide for my foot. I also would put the flex closer to 110. This boot has replaceable soles. Originally, there was a sole which tried to be compatible w Dynafit bindings but it was not designed properly, failed (see the other reviews on this page for details), and was recalled. The recall was only for the replaceable soles that had the metal inserts for Dynafit bindings. The soles pictured above are fine. I'm not trying to say the other soles were not total crap, just that these ones are fine.
