Warm everyday out-and-about jacket!

I'm 5'8" and 125-130 lbs with a long torso. The small fits nicely, in it's 3-in-1 form as well as just the liner or just the outer shell. As a 3-in-1, there isn't terribly much space to add layers underneath. It could be a tad longer for my taste since I like jackets to fully cover my butt. It is definitely fully waterproof and windproof and the hood can be adjusted to fit snugly around your head so that wind doesn't get it.
The other day I was waiting to be picked up and stood motionless for 30 min on a 35 deg. morning. I didn't get cold but I wouldn't say I was toasty warm either, which I find very acceptable considering I wasn't moving at all!
It is pretty bulky, and I don't mean that it'll make you look fat (it doesn't), but it does weigh 3.3 lbs, so if you're looking for something lightweight and compressible, this is not it!
The one thing I'm not too happy with is the slit in the back of the jacket. Wind gets it and there is no insulation in the seams so your butt can get cold. The slit does increase range of motion, say for bike riding, without the jacket riding up but I personally wish it wasn't there.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase, and the great deal I got on this site more than makes up for the few things I don't care for.
