WARM for sure!
By Kit Go December 13, 2009
I got this in the house from departmentofgoods.com, that from the start is pretty awesome!
I live in the bay area, not as harsh as other winter areas, but can get pretty cold and windy. Primaloft holds up pretty well, keeps me warm even in the mid-40s, (sometimes with strong winds making it feel colder that it actually is) with just a tee and this jacket. Hand warmer pockets in the Neoplume is awesome. Kinda fleece lined, no holes or vents, so it conserves warmth awesome. Really handy when bouldering outdoors; keeps hands warm in between burns (temps in castle rock state park can be brutal even in mid-day).
Though not as warm as down, but close. I still have to test it in subzero temps, I reckon even temps in the low 30's to the 20's, Neoplume works perfect with just a shirt/baselayer, a light fleece pullover and this; awesome.
If you don't have the paper to get a down jacket, primaloft is surely the way to go, TONS of choices. Great deals from guys over here at departmentofgoods, kudos!!!
