Very slow delivery

I boughy the red/teal helmet Dec. 19 and got it Jan 4. It was a nightmare. Nobody at the Store or at UPS were able to help. UPS even changed the delivery date to one day later, without any explanation. The helmet looks great and is amazing but I will never buy from this company again. And especially won't use UPS if given another option.
