Bought these to replace the CX303 I have had for many seasons. I have nasty hammer toes and find most cycling shoes to be too narrow. These were sized 46 wide.
I agree with the other reviewer. The BOA lacing system allows you to dial in the exact tightness you want. An added bonus is the ability to loosen on the fly. If you are out for hours and getting a hot spot, this is an excellent system to release and dial in again.
The shoe also felt like it had decent medial support. Most cycling shoes feel like you are standing on a cement floor unless you have a custom insole. This one had decent support right out of the box.
