Very cute but runs small

Loved the colors and the softness off this pullover. Very nice quality as well. Unfortunately, it runs at least a size too small. Normally order a small but even the medium I ordered was too tight. Arm length was on the long side, which is great for me but may drowned someone on the petite side. I ended up returning due to the tight fit, worried that after washing would be too uncomfortable.
