The bike is ok

The box came all messed up with pieces of bike parts sticking out. Some scratching on the body from that but otherwise no structural damage. Set up was simple enough (I live an hour from the closest bike shop or else I would have had it assembled by a professional), I had to go to the Sturmy Archer website and download information on the hub to figure out how to set up the brakes. I have a DIY basket on the front of mine and the extra weight make for a pretty unstable bike when using the kickstand. Even before I put the basket on I had issues with the front tire turning to the side sharply and falling. Also, the kickstand broke after about a month. I think it was because I tried adjusting it to stand up taller (issues with it falling over and all) and I put to much pressure on the bolt when I adjusted it. The tires are fat and I wasn't looking for that, but thats the issue of not test riding before buying and can't be faulted. Overall, I like the way it looks and the rear rack is awesome. I like the bike well enough, but wouldn't buy it again if given the option
