Super cute but runs really SMALL!

I got this dress to wear to a wedding. It was super cute (love the back) but it runs really small. I'm a perfect size 8 in dresses (and an A cup), but it was a struggle to zip the Large up and to continue breathing. And at 5'9", the length came to that really awkward part of my leg where it just didn't look so great. So it's getting returned.
