Snags and stains easy

I had the coat a week and the Velcro on the main front zipper was snagging the sleeves of the coat, leaving big runs in the material and my clothes. Every little dirt spot shows and it's hard to clean. The back of the coat has elastic on the bottom to keep it close to your body; If you have a derriere then the coat will ride up and leave it not covered. I do love the fur on the hood, looks like real rabbit. The coat is really warm, like it's supposed to be. I returned it; very disappointing for Spyder.
