I swear by Stoic. The women's sizes definitely tend to be a bit snug on the outerwear but the base layers fit perfectly. I'm 5'6 at 140 and the meduim is the way to go. If you're a bit busty ontop try to get a large if you're into the loose fitting base layers. I wear these pants along with either a short sleeve or long sleeve Merino Stoic top. They are warm, comfortable and flex with whatever outdoor exercise you do.
