This is a nice light weight pack and the ski carry is wide enough for any ski you can find. Even with the avalung it is very light. I cant fit my old shovel in it any where so if I want to keep it I will have to get a smaller shovel. I think the only one that will fit is the quick draw shovel made by BD.
