I'm a 22 year old female - I got a girl's XL and it fits perfectly!! The women's version of this is about twice as expensive, so I decided to give this one a try. My ONLY complaint is that the sleeves end at my wrist/hand joint (where normally I would buy longer sleeves so I could fit them around my hands). The hood is plenty big to cover my eyes and keeps my glasses reasonably rain-free if I'm wearing them. I bought the "emerald green/fern" color - it's very bright and makes me visible to cars when I'm running around in the dark rainy pacific northwest weather.
For reference - I'm 5'7" and 120 Lb. and the XL fits well. It's long enough to keep my back and bum dry too when I'm leaning over or on my bike. Highly recommended!
