it seems that back country.com likes to ship returned/used products to other customers, I was a recent customer regarding this weird and unacceptable practice. First time every purchasing products from this company which is owned by the cable companies. The sleeping bag was used, packaged horribly, smashed in the box. I called numerous times and the agent "Will" did NOTHING to help but threatened me to hang up the phone etc......this was another cheaply made sleeping bag. Unacceptable quality. very cheap feel, can be torn apart easily, to many hooks. overall 1 star will never buy this again.

I would like to add that I have been buying from Backcountry for over 5 years and have only encountered the most professional customer service. Perhaps Navy777 is confusing Backcountry with another merchant? On the rare occasions when items did not arrive (often due to postal problems) all I had to do was call Backcountry and they would immediately send replacements at no cost, no questions asked.

There is no possible way that you called Backcountry.com after receiving a used bag and they "did nothing" to help you. I guarantee that if that ever happened they would offer to send a brand new replacement immediately if it was in stock or pay for the return shipping and issue you a full refund. Backcountry.com hands down has the best customer service and best return policy in the industry. Put them to the test, and you will not be disappointed.
