I'm a muscular 130lbs, 5'4" chica (usually a small in patagonia and everything), and I went with the XS. It fits nicely! It's slightly tight getting around my shoulders, but I have climbers shoulders. If I had bigger than B cups, the XS would not work for me. The stuff sack is not attached, but I just tied it to the zipper so I won't lose it! It works well, looks cute, and packs up INCREDIBLY SMALL!!!
