Not like my other WESC things...

I love WESC and I have several other XS items. This XS jacket fit everywhere but in the arms. I was disappointed and wanted to return it due to the defect. DOG wouldn't issue a return label and said I had to pay to return a 'second' item. Not pleased with my service although I have been up to this point.
