I purchased this as a gift and it showed up with a broken zipper. Had a replacement sent, zipper still broken. I emailed Mountainsmith but never received a response. Thus, I need to find a new gift for this person. Wish the zipper's worked b/c it would have been a great gear bag. But it is no good if it doesn't close.
