Nice material but just an OK Jersey

Jersey is made of a nice material - I have the light green and it keeps me cool in the sun when I'm out biking. I find that I don't go to this jersey first because of 2 things:
1: The sleeves are a little longer than I'd like - they come about 2/3 of the way down my bicep. Can make from some strange tan lines and keep your arms a little warmer.
2: I wish it were longer in length. I run into this problem a lot as clothes are rarely made for women who are 5'11. I find I am constantly pulling the back down over my shorts.
That said, the medium fits me perfectly in the chest, shoulders, waist, etc. (I'm about 150 lbs).
