We own this tent. Very easy to set up and not a lot of parts. I agree with the 3-season aspect. While we were up on Mt. Whitney, it dropped below freezing at night and the cover did a good job at keeping water out just from the outside though it did not rain or snow. We have not tested it in that, but it would not appear to hold up in rain/snow. Weight was on the medium side.
