Just got this and I'm pretty happy. I'm 5' 10" and 188lbs w/41" chest and 35" waist. Got the Large and it is a perfect fit. Tried it over a heavy flannel shirt and also over my 2 normal ski layers (Icebreaker 200 weight long sleeve). It's a close fit which works well under my ski jacket and should be really warm and a plus is that the hood goes over my helmet (Smith Variant Brim/Small). Can't zip it clear up with the helmet on but goes fine to the bottom of my chin. And the zipper locks in place, doesn't go down when you pull apart the unzipped portion above the zip. The sleeves are fine unsnapped and would only need to be snapped when worn as your outer layer in very cold/windy weather. It does have dual hem adjusters but on me they're not really needed. Construction and finishing is good and my only negative comment is the color. It's not as Blue as the pictures, very muted.
