I got the medium and I love it. It's protected me in many a monsoon, I used it through a Nebraska winter as my winter riding jacket (with a layer of thermals underneath), and I've used it in Tucson in autumn as a cool weather jacket (with a beater underneath and the vents open). It is a bit warm to use as a rain jacket in the summer, but c'est la vie.
