Lite glass

I was disappointed that it's not the bullet-proof, tufflite, Surftech i thought it would be. It's a beautiful board and seems to ride great (though I haven't taken it out more than a couple times yet), but the glass doesn't seem that heavy or solid. In fact, when I got it out of the box it came in, I managed to puncture the glass within the first five minutes: the fin was hard to insert in the fin box and slipped forward and poke a small ding in the glass just outside the finbox. A simple repair job, but still, I wouldn't think a surftech board so delicate... Sad. That said, I think it's a great board and look forward to trying it on some overhead days.
