I like this knife, but...

Although I'm giving this knife five stars, I do need to say that it is a lot of knife to carry around. It gets five stars because it is superb quality, has tons of great gadgets, and is ingeniously designed by those crafty folks at Victorinox. Its the perfect knife for those folks who are constantly fishing, cutting small metal pieces or wooden sticks, carving, and the occational leather sewing (the awl also makes a great sheet metal punch), but for a real multi-tool get a Leatherman with a nice set of pliers (I guess I'm also referencing the now discontinued Swiss Champ, which is this same knife but with pliers). To me, it also looks like the blades and general construction of this knife (except for the pliers on the Swiss Champ) are higher quality than on Leatherman tools of similar price.
This is my third Victorinox, and although I always keep coming back to them, this wasn't my ideal knife. I really wanted a Huntsman because it has only the things that I really feel I need, but when this went on SAC just at the right time, and I jumped on like flees on dogs. I owned a Swiss Champ for 10 years untill I lost it, and a Camper which I was surprised to miss the scissor so much. I'm much happier with Champion Plus than the Swiss Champ now that it doesn't have pliers because this knife is much smaller and I don't mind carrying it around. It fits better in your hands and pockets, and the pliers were only for light duty use anyway. I still think it is a bit too large for me and I would have given it four stars, but I knew what I was getting into so I can't hold that against the knife. Its still a great knife that stays in my pack, and since I already have it, I probably won't get the Huntsman.
