The material has a snug compression fit. I like it better than the 226 singlet. It's more comfortable, forming to your body without chafing or annoying rubs. After putting it on you may have to adjust the arm wholes etc. The singlet does unzip fairly far and it'll hold water sponges in there if you run Macca style. The pockets are great-covered but still not a pain to access whether in a race or your long run. The material dries fast as well and helps to cool you down in the heat. The size chart is spot on. As luck would have it I fall at the high end of the medium and the low end of the large. I bought the medium and it's snug but not uncomfortable. I am buying the large just out of curiosity and will post about it when I try it out. I'm not expecting any drastic opinion change. If you measure yourself honestly (no sucking in or pulling the tape tight) go with the size chart. One of the other reviewers said it takes a little work to get on- it does, but not anymore than any compression style top. Again- GREAT SINGLET!
