This jacket is pretty awesome. It is basically a beefed up hoodie with windstopper. It is definitely warm enough to wear in 30-40 degree temperatures. The best part is the hood. It is more like a jacket hood. If you zip it all the way up, it will give you much warmth. I am 5'9 and 150 lbs and I have the small. I consider it a "regular" fit.
