Used this shirt for a few months during the colorado summer months for 14ers hiking. Fantastic moisture wicking while you work out so you don't get that "sweat is evaporating and now I'm freezing" situation on the summit. Sun protection was great as well and that's why I'm here to buy another :) Also used this as an layer under my drytop for whitewater kayaking and like it much better than your typical thinskin. highly recommended.
