Gear Review
Great Hybrid/Commuter
By sgray642079340 February 4, 2012
I purchased this as a present for my daughter-in-law. I have a dozen bikes of my own and wanted one of these for myself once I had it assembled. The internal gearing/braking is impressive. Certainly cleans up the rear end, lowers maintenance with no derailleur adjustment and looks quite nice. The shifters require little effort to change. Manual disc in the front works very well with minimal pressure. Easy to assemble (no major training required) and adjust for the rider. This bike has a very comfortable, relaxed ride position. This is a solid frame with lugs for fenders and racks; easy additions to enable this bikes use for commuting, running errands, or short trips. Sweep handlebars could easily be replaced to create a more aggressive ride position. Dont let this bike fool you; it can handle anything you throw at it in town and a few trails on the side.
