Great Bike - Horrible Customer Service from SWOBO
By Dave October 26, 2011
Great Bike. Fun to ride and unique looking. Assembled in under 30 min.
However, if things go south, don't expect anyone at SWOBO to respond. My bar came cracked in the mail, emailed them several times (no phone number) and no response. Makes me question whether they would live up to their warranty.
This is a great bike, just don't expect any help from SWOBO after you get it.

Swobo is under new ownership, which is why they don't answer your emails. With that being said, I already own a swobo dixon and it is a certified commuter crusher. This bike is a steal at this price!

I completely agree with you regarding their terrible customer service. They will not answer an email to save their life.
