Gear Review
Good stuff.

I have used a few cannisters of the orange stuff and I enjoy it. It's not the greatest taste-wise and takes some getting used to. The orange flavor reminds me of Gatorade mixed with soy milk. If you're not used to liquid protein consumption, it could give you some gastrointestinal discomfort, especially if you use it while exercising. The packaging recommends 1 scoop to ever 12 oz, I use it closer to 1 scoop to every 20 oz. Easier on the stomach and much more refreshing... at higher concentrations it feels a bit "mucusy" (like downing milk). I have used it after runs ranging from 4-7 miles, ergometer sessions, while snowboarding, an 20-30 interval training sessions, and notice myself feeling a bit fresher the next day. I am not a triathlete or a marathon runner or anything, so I don't know how it stands up under that sort of intense scrutiny, but for someone who stays relatively active at moderate to higher intensities, it has proven helpful.
