Good durability, annoying to adjust

I really like the overall feel of this collar including the all metal binder clip. However, adjusting the size and taking it one and off my 95 lb Rhodesian is more annoying than it should be. I would really like the combination of the binder clip and durability with a standard pin and buckle collar.
