Good XC

By csoulliard1236653 October 10, 2011

Bought it off of chainlove and so far it seems great. This was my first full suspension but it remains lightweight while keeping me from bouncing all over creation. The bike I received was actually the 2011 model as opposed to the 2010 model that is described in the specs. Not much different but an upgrade in my book.I an 5'10" 140lb and bought the 18" and it feels fine. Biggest con: Tires should be kept for XC races. They were too lightweight for the rocky trails I ride.

Opinion after a 2hr and a 4hr ride...good bike, great value.

Same thing, mine showed up last night and it's in fact the 2011 model. SLX shifters and FD, XT RD, tapered head tube, remote fork lockout. Sweet deal on an awesome bike.
