Cutter Rain Cutter Jacket
Fantastic!

I finally had a need to pull this out of my bike bag yesterday when I got caught in the rain during my commute home. This jacket delivers! Completely impermeable to wind and rain. I also like the feel of the material... it's very light and packable, but not loud and crinkly like some packable rain gear. Instead, it's like a flexible outer layer bonded to a fine cloth-like inner layer. The collar is reinforced with an additional inner cloth layer. The elastic on the cuffs and hood are strong enough to stay put without getting uncomfortable.
One note on the sizing. The zipper on this jacket is on the left side. This leads me to assume that it is in fact a women's jacket, which explains the slightly shorter arm length than expected (I'm skinny, 6ft tall and got the Medium size). However, the jacket has no gender-specific detailing, and looks good on anyone. IMO, this jacket was a phenomenal deal.
