I'm 6'2", 180 lbs with long arms, got the XL but found the arms to be too short for my liking. Quality seemed good, very warm with the insulation (not too bulky) water beaded up on the fabric quite well. A few of the velcro closures on the zipper cover were sewed on crooked.
